Registration Rates for the International Conference on
Improving University Teaching, Padua, Italy,
July 1-3, 2020

In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, the registration fee includes the opening banquet, three catered lunches, and the closing reception.

Registration rates are as follows:

Early Registration** $525 USD / €472

Early Student/Retired Faculty** $375 USD / € 338

Standard Registration: $625 USD / €562

Standard Student/Retired Faculty: $425 USD / € 382

Opening banquet and closing reception only: $125 USD / €112

Presenters’ Discount: Conference presenters will receive a discount of $50 USD / €45 on the rates above.

Early Registration: $475 USD / €430

Early Student/Retired Faculty: $325 USD / € 292

Standard Conference Rate: $575 USD / €520

Standard Student/Retired Faculty: $375 USD / € 338

Conference Tours:

Veneto Villa, Garden and River Tour: $105 USD / €95

Veneto region between Padua and Venice by coach and boat on Tuesday, the 30th of June, including entrance fees and lunch.

Padova City Tour: $50 USD / €45

Tour rate covers the cost of a half-day tour of sites of interest in Padua on Thursday afternoon, July 2, including a guide, coffee and pastries.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your conference registration by May 22, 2020 and receive a full refund less a $50 USD / €45 administration fee. Cancellations made between May 23 and June 10, 2020 will receive a 50% refund of the registration fees.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be extended after June 10, 2020.

We are monitoring the Covid-19 situation and will make any announcements on our homepage and via email.

You may substitute another individual to take your place at the conference and tours if you must cancel. Please contact iutconference@gmail.com for assistance.
