Dear Colleague, This is important information you will need to participate online.

💻 Online Participants & Presenters

• Presentations will run via Microsoft Teams. You can join as a guest, but we strongly recommend using a Microsoft account (free or paid) to ensure full functionality—sharing, chat, seamless access, and avoidance of lobby delays.
• If you’re presenting, ensure you sign into Teams (web or app), click Share, choose the window with your slides, and stop sharing when finished.
• You will present your own slides from your own machine. Sending your deck to us is not necessary. We will not control your presentation.
• If you want to have a Q&A, allow time for that within your alloted slot. There is also block-based Q&A discussion time at the end of blocks.
• Your assigned online host will contact you on your presentation day to assist.
• If you require immediate assistance on same-day presentation technical problems, please reach out to Doug Specht <D.Specht@westminster.ac.uk> and CC Anne Tierney <A.Tierney@hw.ac.uk>

All participants will receive daily reminder emails (from news@iutconference.com) containing that day’s Teams access link (good for both attendees and presenters). These links are unique and essential — your only way to join each day. To ensure delivery:

1. Add news@iutconference.com to your Safe Senders list and Contacts.
2. Watch your inbox each morning for the link.

Please view/download the ones that apply to you and use the built-in search (e.g., your name) to locate your sessions and presentations easily.
