Remote Registration Rates 2026:

In addition to access to each session at the 3-day conference, the remote registration fee permits unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.

Remote Registration, early:   $165 USD

Remote Student/Retired, early:   $95 USD

In-Person Registration Rates, early

In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, the in-person registration fee also includes the opening banquet, three catered lunches, and the closing reception, plus unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.

Standard Registration, early: $400 USD

Student/Retired: $325 USD

Full-day Tour: $125  |  Half-day Tour: $50

Registration for University of Glasgow staff and students

Conference delegates affiliated with the University of Glasgow—whether administrative staff, academic staff, or students—will benefit from a reduced registration rate of $300. This includes admission to all Conference sessions, three catered lunches, several coffee breaks, and the closing reception, plus unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year. However, participation in the opening banquet and the two Conference tours is not included, and must be paid for separately.


Registration for Remote/Virtual Attendance (early discount)

In addition to access to each session at the 3-day conference, the remote registration fee permits unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.


In-Person Attendance (early discount)

In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, the in-person registration fee also includes the opening banquet, three catered lunches, and the closing reception, plus unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.

Presenters’ Discounts: Remote presenters will each receive a discount of $15, and In-Person conference presenters will each receive a discount of $25.

Group Discounts (In-person): Groups of three or more from the same institution can receive an in-person discount of 10%.  Please contact IUT at iutconference@gmail.com for details. We regret that no presenters’ discounts will be available for group registrants.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your conference registration by June 17, 2026, and receive a full refund less a $25 USD administration fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be extended after June 17, 2026. However, you may substitute another individual to take your place at the conference at any time if you must cancel.  Please contact iutconference@gmail.com for assistance.
