In-Person Registration Rates

In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, the registration fee also includes the opening banquet, three catered lunches, and the closing reception, plus unlimited access to all videos, poster, and papers posted during and after the conference through August 31st.

Institutional Registration Rates:

In addition to access to each session at the 3-day conference, the virtual registration fee includes unlimited access to all videos, poster, and papers posted during and after the conference through August 31st.

Tier 1: 5 for $750 ($150 each)
Tier 2: 10 for $1,000 ($100 each)
Tier 3: 20 for $1,300 ($65 each)

Georgian Registration Rates:

In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, the registration fee also includes the opening banquet, three catered lunches, and the closing reception, plus unlimited access to all videos, poster, and papers posted during and after the conference through August 31st.

All Georgians: $95 in-person, $25 remote

** Early registration ends on 8 April 2022.

No registration is final until payment is received by IUT.

Special Covid/Global Conditions Policy:

Given the continuing uncertainties attending both the pandemic and the war in Ukraine, travel plans may change. You will be able to shift from in-person to remote and from remote to in-person conference attendance at any time up until July 15, 2022. For those switching from in-person to remote, a refund for the difference will be issued after the conference, For those switching from remote to in-person, you will receive a link to allow you to pay the additional registration fee. Requests for ALL such changes must be received by IUT at iutconerence@gmail.com on or before July 15th. We will be unable to accept changes after that date.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your conference registration by June 15, 2022 and receive a full refund less a $25 USD administration fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be extended after June 15, 2022.

You may substitute another individual to take your place at the virtual conference if you must cancel.  Please contact iutconference@gmail.com for assistance.
