University of Wisconsin Registration Rate:

In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, this special UW registration rate entitles you to attend the opening banquet and the closing reception, enjoy three catered lunches and several coffee breaks, plus have unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.

UW Registration: $275 USD

UW Presenters’ Discounts:

Since the special rate for UW participants is already heavily discounted, we regret that we are unable to offer an additional discount for presenters.

Remote Institutional Registration Rates:

In addition to access to each session at the 3-day conference, the remote registration fee includes unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference through September 30th.

Tier 1:  5 for $800 USD ($160 each)

Tier 2:  10 for $1,400 USD ($140 each)

Tier 3:  20 for $1,700 USD ($85 each)

In-Person Group Discounts:

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your conference registration by June 28, 2024, and receive a full refund less a $25 USD administration fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be extended after June 28, 2024.

However, you may substitute another individual to take your place at the conference at any time if you must cancel.  Please contact iutconference@gmail.com for assistance.
