Registration Rates for the Hybrid International Conference
on Improving University Teaching

Remote Registration Rates:
In addition to access to each session at the 3-day conference, the remote registration fee permits unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.
Early Registration** $165 | Standard Registration: $200 USD
Early Student/Retired** $95 USD | Standard Student/Retired: $140 USD
Presenters’ Discounts: Remote conference presenters will each receive a discount of $15.

Group Discounts (Virtual):
Groups of three or more from the same institution can receive a virtual registration discount of 10%. Please contact IUT at iutconference@gmail.com for details. We regret that no presenters’ discounts will be available for group registrants.
In-Person Registration Rates
In addition to admission to all sessions at the 3-day conference, the in-person registration fee also includes the opening banquet, three catered lunches, and the closing reception, plus unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year.
Early Registration** $400 USD | Standard Registration: $475 USD
Early Student/Retired** $325 USD | Standard Student/Retired: $400 USD
Additional Opening Banquet/Closing Reception only (for companions): $125 USD

Full-day Stratford-on-Avon tour with lunch, Tuesday, 15 July: $115
Afternoon Greenwich boat tour with refreshments, Thursday, 17 July: $45

Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your conference registration by June 16, 2025, and receive a full refund less a $25 USD administration fee.
Unfortunately, no refunds will be extended after June 16, 2025.
However, you may substitute another individual to take your place at the conference at any time if you must cancel. Please contact iutconference@gmail.com for assistance.
University of Westminster Registration:
Conference delegates affiliated with the University of Westminster—whether as administrative staff, academic staff, or students—will benefit from free access to the Conference. This includes admission to all Conference sessions, the opening banquet and the closing reception, three catered lunches and several coffee breaks, plus unlimited access to all videos, posters, and papers posted during and after the conference for a full year. Participation in the two Conference tours is not included, however, and must be paid for separately.

Tier 1: 5 for $750 USD ($150 each)
Tier 2: 10 for $1,400 USD ($140 each)
Tier 3: 20 for $1,700 USD ($85 each)
