Reframing Feedback Conversations

This poster presents the development of Reframing Feedback Conversations, an ambitious project at Heriot Watt University, covering five campus locations in three countries (Scotland, Dubai and Malaysia). Enhancing the impact of feedback is a strategic goal of the institution via the Inspiring Learning strategy. The aim of the project is to reframe feedback as an active process rather than a passive product. In order to do this, we have initiated conversations with staff and students to help create shared understandings of the impact of feedback and the power of engagement.
