Please Confirm Your Opening Dinner Attendance

We are asking all delegates to confirm attendance at the opening conference dinner on Wednesday evening at 7:30 pm. (Directly following the reception at 6 pm.)

This helps IUT use resources sustainably, with a commitment to the prevention of food waste.

If we do not receive your confirmation, we will assume you are not attending and will not allocate a meal for you.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your conference registration by June 17, 2026, and receive a full refund less a $25 USD administration fee.

Unfortunately, no refunds will be extended after June 17, 2026. However, you may substitute another individual to take your place at the conference at any time if you must cancel.  Please contact iutconference@gmail.com for assistance.
