Uncovering Building Blocks Leading to a Collaborative Culture through Staff-Student Partnership

This poster explores intentional collaborations between staff and students to build an inclusive academic culture that strengthens belonging and shared ownership of learning. It highlights student-staff partnership initiatives—such as liaison committees, class representative forums, and social activities—that foster cohesive peer relationships and engagement. Drawing on both student and staff perspectives, the work discusses how these collaborative practices challenge traditional roles and cultivate co-creative mindsets, enhancing student agency and engagement. It also addresses contextual insights and limitations, including recognition of voluntary contributions and challenges in measuring impact, to inform sustainable staff-student partnership development in higher education.
